One-on-One lacrosse Training
This training option is normally recommended for a player who may be working toward a specific goal or prefers to train in a smaller setting.
This service provides the most customized program that HB can offer.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT TIME SLOTS ARE LIMITED AND ONLY OFFERED TO CURRENT GROUP CLIENTS.
Private groups
Form your own group or join a pre-existing group weekly for the entirety of the season.
Small-Group lacrosse Training
Consisting of 5 or more players. This program is designed to meet the general training needs of the group.
Each Coach will make necessary modifications based on the needs of each individual athlete within the small group.
Semi-Private lacrosse Training
Usually 2-4 players, most commonly paired based on common training age or goals (you may also form your own group).
Each athlete will follow an individualized program designed by a Coach that addresses their specific needs.
OPEN Lacrosse groups
Drop-in groups are set weekly and broken down by position— offensive, defensive, midfield, and goalie.
